La Costa Townhomes

This project featured 8 attached contemporary townhomes, each boasting roof decks with sweeping views of the golf course. Designed with 3-4 bedrooms and spanning approximately 1,900 to 2,300 square feet, these homes offer spacious living with a touch of luxury. The construction began in March 2015 and reached completion in February 2017, marking the fruition of a project built from the ground up. I personally oversaw every aspect of the development, from coordinating with subcontractors to selecting the finest materials for each home, ensuring quality and coherence in every detail.
